Some of our leading edge detox programs included here are available upon request and availability.  We can tailor your experience to create the ultimate detox retreat and vacation:

Acupuncture/Acupressure - Acupuncture has been effectively used for the treatment of back pain, headache, migraine, and sports injuries. However, acupuncture provides more than pain relief. It is helpful in treating anxiety, insomnia, digestive problems, abdominal, menstrual cramps, weight control, infertility and much, much more.

Meditation & Affirmation - Meditation is that time and space, devoted to becoming more aware of yourself in the present moment. The more we know about ourselves the more opportunity we have to live our lives in harmony with our deepest desires.  When working with affirmations (one of the guided Meditations) we align our thoughts, for a chosen period, with a desired outcome. Why leave it to advertisers to decide what to introduce next into your life?

Colonic hydrotherapy - The series of self-administered Colonic Irrigations throughout the retreat is a safe and simple way to a Colon freer of debris, with stronger assimilative and eliminative powers for a long vibrant life. Despite being everyone's major anxiety, there really is nothing to learn and they are very relaxing. (optional)

Massage Therapy - Massage therapy is the systematized manipulation of soft tissues for the purpose of normalizing them. Practitioners use a variety of physical methods including applying fixed or movable pressure, holding, or causing movement to the body. Therapists primarily use their hands, but may also use their forearms, elbows, or feet. The basic goal of massage therapy is to help the body heal itself and to increase health and well-being.

Yoga sessions - Be you a beginner or a practiced yogini, you will learn something new. Use the retreat time to stretch and release joints, learn to correct your posture and 'lengthen' you body, thus relieving much strain on tired joints. Expect to increase your range of movement by the end of your retreat while revitalizing body and mind!  Though, as you can see, by the end of the retreat, things get very relaxed!

Homeopathy & Coaching - As a matter of routine, the initial consultation will involve taking down your detailed history. Tracing the nature of symptoms into a precise picture of your tendencies. It is important to understand what you were like before the onset of symptoms, prior to the alteration in the state of health, and the changes in sensation and function you experienced on all levels.

Motivational Counseling - A directed “resident-centered” approach that encourages behavioral and attitude changes by helping an individual explore and resolve his or her issues.

Health checks - Upon booking you receive information regarding how to prepare for your retreat, and you are asked to fill in a medical questionnaire.  Numerous checks are made throughout your stay, to give you feedback about how the process is affecting your system. These include weight, Body Mass Index checks, understood further through actual Body Fat Percentage readings. Blood pressure and pulse rate readings and urine analysis to determine your ongoing pH balance.

Oriental Medical Consultation - An Oriental Medical Consultation includes history, pulse and tongue diagnosis. This evaluation allows for a thorough understanding of bio-energetic changes associated with specific disease processes. Based on your state of health a treatment regimen is recommended which may include Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine.

Far Infrared Sauna - Our Far Infrared Sauna is one of the best things you can do for your self to detoxify and help heal your mind, body and spirit. The gentle healing heat from the infrared sauna will stimulate your cardio vascular, lymphatic and immune systems. Your bodies response to this is to sweat profusely. It is estimated that your sweat from an infrared sauna contains 17% toxins (compared to 3% from regular sweating). Infrared therapy also help jump start your immune system to keep your body healthy.

Infrared therapy is low temperature therapy. You will enter the sauna at approximate 100-150 degrees. You will notice that you start to perspire right away. After about 10-15 minutes you will begin to sweat profusely. Due to the low temperature and gentle heat you can stay in longer and detox more.

Hot Tub - Hydrotherapy, or warm water therapy in hot tub spas, consists of three main healing ingredients; heat, buoyancy, and massage. Together, they create an experience that is both relaxing and healthy. Hot tub hydrotherapy on a regular basis provides physical health benefits that go much deeper than just relaxation and pleasure. Water is so pure and simple, yet it can do the most amazing things. Whether you are experiencing joint or muscle pain, having trouble sleeping, or are just plain stressed out, spending time in hot tub spas can provide therapeutic benefits for just about everyone.
